is it anything to do with active x control anybody help its a new microsoft webcam

if they can hear and see you there is nothing wrong with your webcam
it will be the other persons webcam at fault or more than likely your computer is not set up to recieve and hear

It depends on what you're doing webcam for. It may just be because the program you're using is one way, or they haven't chosen to use their webcams. Have you tried skype?
I'm afraid I don't know much about webcams...

you need to setup your computer to view them it is done through the video program you are using...
nothing to do with active X
