Philosophy questions ask about the general nature or defining characteristics of reality, knowledge, right action, mind, logic, science, meaning in language, and a couple others. While your question certainly seems important, it is not really a philosophy question. You might find more useful answers if you post the question in a more relevant category.
Why do you keep wasting people's time here with these questions?

Wishes are superfluous in my position. I simply wave my scepter and order my minions to do my bidding. There is nothing like a batch of good minions to get the job done. Pax- C
