I like the Scarecrow better because I like his criminal theme and method better. I think a villian who uses fear to commit his crimes is more interesting than the goofy Riddler's riddles.

Between the Riddler and Scarecow, Scarecrow wins hands down. He works on creating fear, not linking random trivia and logic together to form a mystery to solve.
However, the Joker will always be the best villain for Batman. He is a bit of a mix between Scarecrow and Riddler, only his ultimate goal is creating death in wildly surprising ways.

Scarecrow was my favorite because he used his victims minds as his weapon, which I think was a better aproch to take someone out insted of brute force or a gun.

Carmine Falconi.. idky.. but I really like his name haha. ^_^ He always had a different twist in things and wasn't so dreamed up like the others. He seem like he could be a real vilian.... or something like that. ^_^
