Taking into account this is in P&S all I will say is...as easily as a song can trigger a domino effect of emotions--at any moment our five senses are evoking similar patterns of responses.

If you feel it...it was true at one time...it may be true now...or it may be a past response...triggered by a present stimulus.

It's tricky...
So it best to discern...

Yes. Feelings are your heart talking to you. When you listen to your heart, you listen to yourself. I always apply this to my life. Sometimes emotions get the better of me, but that's just the mind playing tricks on me. In rehab, the psychologists used to call the brain "the crazy housewife" because it turns us away from our hearts and our true feelings.

No, logically I know every ones perspective is different. Your experience and someone else's experience may be different. So what you feel may be true, and it may not be true. It depends on you and your personality.
