hmmm......no make, no model, no details.
you need 3 things to make an engine run.....spark.....fuel.....compression.
To get good answers.....you need good questions. Don't get lazy on us......you're just hurting yourself by withholding information from us.

Too many causes to list. Take it to a real mechanic.

Could be almost anything.

A flat battery is probably what it is but there are a lot of other things that could be wrong instead.
