I'm leaving, but how do I do enough damage to make up for being a complete fool for these 12 years?

Don't try and punish her; she is not at fault; you are. I have never heard of anyone as stupid as you. Any smart man would have gotten and annulment after the first week. And, certainly he would have filed for divorce in a month or less.
If you want to punish anyone, punish yourself. Go jump off a bridge and make a hole in the river. A fool like you doesn't deserve to live.

Was this a prearranged marriage because that would be the only reason for the no sex thing and even that wouldn't make sense. You let this woman off the hook for 12 years and now you feel the fool.Why not 12 years ago when you should have done something about it. I would walk away quietly and not let anyone know that you have been sexless the whole 12 years of marriage because people are going to make fun of you my friend.

Why are you so angry with her- YOU are the one that stuck around for 12 years! Surely after 1 year of no sex you realised there was a problem.
If you want to leave then leave. Why you are seeking any type of revenge is beyond me. You admit that you were a fool for 12 years...don't punish her because you decided to stick around. It was YOUR choice. Personally I wouldn't have tolerated it for more than a month, but then again, that's just me.

12 YEARS! I think someone was cheating on someone for 12 years. You should invite your mistress (I hope you have one, if not, get one) over and have sex with her in a spot in your house where your wife will catch you

Why haven't you sought professional help? 12 years and you put up with that? Go to marriage counseling, by yourself if she won't go. Find out your other options with her, before you leave.
