First pregnancy I am pretty sure I could tell by now. This time I just found out this week (I should be about 4 1/2 weeks) but I think I should be feeling something by now... at least tired or something... anyone else been there? Was it a healthy pregnancy?

The reason I am asking is that I had a pregnancy earlier this year and it ended at 8 weeks... there were no symptoms that I could tell and they told me later that it had been a blighted ovum.

You know what.. Im with you. This is my second pregnancy also, I am only 7 wks along, and I had to take 3 pregnancy tests to believe that I was even pregnant cuz I didn't have ANY symptoms at all until a wk ago and now all Im getting is morning sickness. My first pregnacy was totally the opposite, I couldnt hold ANYTHING in my stomach, my nose bled everyday, and I was eating all the time. So Im guessing it is normal to not have symptoms right away, so don't be surprised if you start getting them slowly!

During my first pregnancy I had symptoms but know they were symptoms until I read about them. I had dizzy spells and blacked out and later swelled very bad(borderline toxemia).
My second pregnancy was a breeze. I knew I was pregnant before I had a test tho. The only "symptom" that clued me in was having to go pee constantly. I called and set up an appointment with my doctor. When I went in he asked me what was wrong and I told him that I either had a bladder infection or I was pregnant. Good news...no infection.
Don't worry about it. If you don't feel anything now you're getting a well earned break. You'll be feeling it later when the little bundle of joy decided to play soccer with your bladder. :)
Good luck and congrats

The only way I knew I was pregnant with either (apart from not having a period!) was my boobs got a bit sore. Other than that, it took till at least 8-10 weeks till I sort of felt the tiredness and need to pee and a bit of nausea. Both my kids were perfectly healthy and I had dream pregnancy's and births. I guess I was very very lucky compared to some.
It really took me until the 18wk ultrasound to believe there was a little baby growing in there.
Congratulations of baby no2!

Yes it is common for pregnancies to be different. I also might be on my second. Since I took one and came negative, i feel very tired..and other problems...I suspect ectopic...but I wish you the best of luck..that is a whole different question or answer. Good luck..
Sorry to answer your question yes I did feel the symptoms early on. This time around I might be 6 weeks along. I missed my period. Got implantation bleeding, and recently been very tired, sweat like a pig, and verrryyyy thirsty. Along with the other symptoms.
