Everyone has his worth...no need for ""jugement"..we have a lot....much too much jegement in our world...one big reason for war....unhappiness etc. there is always a juge in us...
in the words of tranactions analysis....its the over-ego....the big finger....the dog yelling when we believe,we made afault...
evryone is ok...even with his faults!!!!

Yes. I believe it. I have to believe it, because no-one is going to tell me what is good for me. I know what is good for me and I know about consequences. Based on that I can make an educated personal judgment of what I'm worth to myself and those that surround me. Leading me to focus on what I believe I realistically deserve.

I think others tend to see our worth a whole lot better than we do. We always seem to be harder on ourselves than others are.
