For a couple of weeks my internet has been running slow. I have tried to run various virus programs and it didnt work. What can I do to fix this? We are frustrated enough. HELP!!!

try running disk clean up and the de frag.
Start
All programs
Accessories
System tools
then disk clean up
then repeat above (not disk clean up but) defregment

Do clean ups. Do disk defragment, disk clean up, delete temporary internet files. Get http://www.ccleaner.com

Its probably spyware. Get some anti spyware programs.
Spybots search and destroy

Well as long as you're not giving away your bandwidth to programs that are stealing it (spyware, rootkits, etc.) then you need to contact your ISP and get a connection with more bandwidth.
