Is there someway to do this can somebody give me step by step directions so that I can watch the u-17 world cup, they block out usa so i need to fool the computer and make them think i am in the united kingdom can anybody help?

I know that I've done this before....I had to use a Mozilla Foxfire browser and find a proxy IP address from the specific country that I could use. Mozilla had a tool that allowed me to change my IP address to the one that I found. I hope that gets you started on the right track. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
