I have taken the practice test given by powerprep and received my scores. Can anyone tell me if the scores include the 400 points automatically given to everyone for even taking the test? Thank You!

Yes, they would be scored on the same scale as the real test.
A lot of people find that their simulation scores are slightly higher (say 40 points) than their actual test scores. (My experience is mostly with the GMAT though.)
