I would prefer to not have cancer at the age of 30 and my husband had died last year at the age of 30 but Im managing alright. Certainly gives you a wake up call and I dont complain about petty stuff what so ever. Life is too short.

Well sorta, my finances, but they are coming around. I just want to be able to live more comfortably, not worry if I can pay the bills, buy groceries & put some gas in the car. I want to be able to have Christmas and birthdays complete with gifts for my children without breaking the bank. I want to buy them back-to-school clothes & supplies without suffering for the next month.

Edit: To Angel - the avatar just above me - I worked with a breast cancer survivor research group at a university a few years ago. We also worked with prostate cancer survivors. I may be able to offer you some references, info, or support. Please email me.

I guess, "problem solving" seems to be the most overwhelming task while still having to carry on with my resposibilities. It's hard to take care of new problems while still having to take care of the things I have to do. Stressed stiff.

Thank God,... yes!!

Because it makes me feel alive, wanting to make things better or get over with it. It makes me respect my needs, hear my heart, remember my values..
