Geographical reasons like heavy rainy area (due to monsoon -say 200 days in a year rain occur,
Lack of skilled labour in the area of manufacturing,
Lack of knowledge about the market.
problems in getting finance & vital raw materials.
Competition by large manufacturerers
Incapacity to face competition.
quality & pricing problems not resolved by the operators effectively.
Sector of manufacturing may not be fitted to the market perceived.
Consumer behaviour not understood properly.
Indistrial area not equipped by infrastructure facilities on the part of Government.
Outdated technology used by manufacturer
