Oh man, this happened to me... I know your pain. Well you can wait it out, but basically what you are dealing with is an acid. I dumped Maalox on it after soap and water and it helped a lot. If you don't have that you might try chewed up Rolaids (sick right, ha ha) or you can try milk.

There are no muscles in the penis. It is just spongey tissue. Just let it heal on it's own. Don't put anything on it that could lead to further irritation, especially on such sensitive skin. -Connor

Try some Aloe Vera it works wonders for irritation and pain. You can get it from like wal-mart or a burn plant(aloe plant),

I would try baby powder, or plain corn starch if you don't have baby powder, to absorb some of the chemical you got on the skin you didn't want it on.
