Basically what i mean is that she's not looking for a loose tons of weight or gain tons of speed regime, she's looking to get in good strong health. all around.

Why not having her sign up for a dance class? Dance will certainly give her plenty of exercise, including cardiovascular work. Plus, IMHO, dance is A LOT more fun than spending hours in the gym. There's even activities she can do in the neighborhood that would give her plenty of exercise such as riding a bike or walking instead of using a car. Gardening/lawncare can also provide a lot of exercise as well. Make it more fun by joining her on some of the activities...go dancing together every week or so for starters. :)

Diet wise, the key is balance. If she wants to have some junk food, that's fine, but she needs to balance it out with other wholesome foods. She may also find it a benefit to take some echanecia in the winter and early spring when the flu is at it's highest peak as it's a natural immunity booster.

She can also talk with her doctor about what other adjustments to be made to make her healthier. Good luck!
