Oceans are the largest uninterrupted expanses of water. Seas are smaller lobes of the ocean that are partly surrounded by land.

Basically a Sea is a smaller body of water and an Ocean is a larger body of water. See below:

A sea is either a large area of saline water connected with an ocean, or a large saline water lake that lacks a natural outlet.

i think the difference between sea & ocean is sea is smaller body & its like a tributary of river & ocean is the biggest waterbody on earth & i dont about the other planets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
