I just notice 3 of my past questions been removed and this is quite a regret as my main intention is to motivate others.

The immediate thought is protecting my questions by setting privacy but somehow as of this writing as in the past, i am most unwilling to do so as this may defeat my initial intention that is to be freely by anyone who cares to read.

All in all, i think i learn not to take this too personal as there is a big Brother in control up there and i believe he has a reason for letting these happen :p

As always I have to agree with you, I got a question I made a few days back deleted today, so against my will I had to set my Q/A to private, which I didn't want to do for the same reasons as you stated. But then I just realized that it is happening to everyone...and I mean E V E R Y O N E, so I got to the conclusion that it can't be one person in particular but Yahoo Customer Care who is deleting and giving a violation notice to the Avatar Games and every person who answered that question. It is really sad that Yahoo is changing all their rules, because they are going to push away a lot of users to different sites of Questions and Answers.

By the way, I've seen your answers and I like them a lot.

I've had questions removed also.
One must take these minor irritations in stride and continue on as though nothing happened. To do otherwise would be to irritate the powers that be, the yamster--who I am told is suffering from pms this week (or was it hemorrhoids?).I forget which.
