I just looked at your old questions, and it seems like you are way too worried about your pregnancy. But what mother isn't right? But seriously hearing a heartbeat at 6weeks...that usually starts at 10. And now considering that you are only 16 weeks pregnant (thats only 4months) You still have 5 whole months to go! You are nowhere near the end, and guess what some women don't start showing until they are 7months. So relax, take a deep breathe. If you are really concerned talk to your doctor about it ESPECIALLY if you are considerned that your baby is not alive. Why would you ask yahoo questions if you thought your baby was dead? Any who good luck.

That's normal with a first baby - I didn't show until my 7th month with my first, and even then, most people couldn't tell I was pregnant, just getting a little belly fat. How much you show doesn't tell how healthy the baby is, or even reflect on how you're doing. Just be glad for now that you don't have to shell out a huge amount of $ on a new wardrobe just yet. Maternity clothes, especially the panties, can be really expensive.

Go see your doctor. They will use a doppler to check for a fetal heartbeat.

There's nothing wrong with not being obviously pregnant at 16 weeks. Every woman is different.

You probably have nothing to worry about if your only indication of trouble is that you aren't showing yet. However, having a sense of trouble is a good indicator of real trouble in pregnancy, labor, etc, so it's best to get checked out. If nothing is wrong, then you are just over-worrying yourself and need to try to relax.

Let your doctor know, though, if you're very worried, and ask to come in right away.

On some women it takes up to month 4 or 5 to show. Shoot, there have been some women go to the hospital for an illness never knowing they were preggers! If the doc is picking up a heartbeat, there's no problem.

many women don't show until well into the 2nd trimester, don't stress about how you lokk, but about how you feel. Call your dr if you have any concerns, you can always go and listen to the hearbeat if you need some reassurance. You will be feeling the baby move soon, which makes it that much more real!!Good luck!

don't worry about a thing. i didn't show when i was pregnant until somewhere into my 6th month. that's when people started asking me if i was gaining weight or if i was pregnant. trust me, not showing is a good thing. i didn't get any stretch marks from being so little, so it's a very good thing.
