My sister is negative and has something bad to say about nearly everybody. She has said at least one bad thing about everyone I am friends with who has met her. It makes me feel really bad when she talks negatively about everyone I know. How do I get her to stop?

stop letting her meet your friends. that would cure her and when she watns to meet them say no.

Being classy always stops a nag.....
The best response, "I'm so glad you're my sister and can be here to show me how to make better friends." Say it nicely, without anger in your voice or any sarcasm (which can be hard - I know).... and leave it up to her then.
It simply leaves her no place to go with any argument.

Tell your parents about it. Or just ignore her. She obviously only does it to get attention.
FYI - if you ignore you she might try something a bit more aggressive then once she sees it isn't working then she should stop.
