My husband rides a bike and is looking for straps to clip onto his jeans and around his boot to keep his jeans from flapping. Does anyone know what these are called or where to get them?

They're called stirrups, and you can find them at jpcycles.com.

I think the others don't know what you're talking about. You want a strap that clips on one cuff of the pant, stretches under the sole of the boot and clips to the other hem. Stirrups.

Pant clips , you can get then at a bicycle shop.

They are a little spring steel clip that slides over the pant leg,the common use is to keep the pant leg out of the bicycles chain.
