Not neccessary if you keep them properly inflated and don't notice unsual wear on the front tires on the sides.......#####

7,000 miles for optimum wear and tear. Air pressure should be checked once a month. If the tires were balanced when stalled and If there's no vibration present they do not need to be balanced again.

Manuals usually say every 6000 miles, but from the experience I have had with my last 3 cars, 12-15 thousand miles has worked out pretty good.

its recommended this be done twice a year to keep the tires wearing good and even,they will get out of balance if you hit a chug hole and loose a wheel weight ,you can do it once a year,but twice doesn't hurt it none at all,good luck on it.

I've heard that you are suppose to rotate every 3-5K miles.

Never, it's completely overrated. If you don't drive like a maniac your tires won't need it.
