Why the heck would you put a goldfish in a vase?????
Ever done any research on it???
Do you know how big they get???
For starters you need at LEAST a 10 gallon tank, and if you have a bigger goldfish you will need to upgrade eventually to a 20 or 30 gallon
here is a basic care sheet for you to read very very carefully

shame on you for even asking a question like that
educate yourself before you buy fish, or don't buy any in the first place
good luck

Theoretically-yes, realistically-no. Even the teeniest, tiniest Goldfish imaginable needs at least a 20 gallon, lidded & filtered tank to get anywhere near the quality of life it deserves.
I would suggest you forget this idea completely, any fish will lead an extremely miserable life in this situation & unhappy fish make for very poor decorations.

Please don't do that it could suffocate the goldfish and it'll die.
If you want to put bamboo you can get a large 10-15 gallon tank and then put some in. Also buy oxygen and heater.
Hope all goes well with your goldfish.

No, your goldfish will either suffocate and die from lack of oxygen, or die from being poisioned from it's own waste (amonia poisioning).
The only fish you can keep in one of those things is a betta, but even bettas are not happy in bowls. No fish belongs in a bowl of any kind. There is no oxygen and no filtration. A bowl is a death trap for fish.
Get a 5 gallon tank with a filter, some nice plants, and a single fancy goldfish. It will look very nice and your fish will be happy and healthy. Try something like this

Yes as long as the leaves are sticking out and you make sure the roots and stem do not rot, and bamboo does need to be rinsed weekly to rinse off dust and other particles, rinse the roots for any mucas!

I did it before, my fish died though. I don't know whether or not the bamboo caused it but he was pretty old.
