My nipples always get tender about 3-5 days before my period is expected. My period was due on Wednesday, and I haven't had any of the sensitivity that I ALWAYS feel before that time of the month. Is this a clue that my period ISN'T coming? I'm hoping to be pregnant, but no, I'm not stressed.

Nipple sensitivity can be a symptom of PMS or pregnancy. But having a lack of nipple sensitivity doesn't really mean anything.
Since your period was due on Wednesday, then a home pregnancy test would be very accurate by now.

Your body and PMS symptoms will change many times throughout the years. If you were pregnant, chances are your nipples will hurt and will be larger and darker than usual and you'll see the veins in the side more prominently.
