on Y&R questions, everyone keeps saying they don't agree with LML, who is that?

LML is Lynn Marie Latham, who is the executive producer and head writer of this soap. Since she has been appointed to this position, the show has gone downhill. All these ridiculous storylines (some of which she drops for something completely different) and useless characters she has introduced, not to mention firing veteran actors and show staffers. It's become so bad that people have stopped watching, and there is even a boycott being planned for this coming week where everyone will watch General Hospital. Maybe she should use that week to smarten up, or let the powers that be give her a richly deserved axing.

I agree that she is hurting the show. Summer epis are usually slower, but this summer I am not into it at all. I have literally watched this show my whole life, but I can't seem to get into it right now.
Guiding Light however, has me hooked (and I have only watched it for about 2 yrs!)

She is the new writer for Y&R Lynne Marie Latham is her name. She is bringing the show down IMO. :(
