Jumping is easy; surviving the landing is harder. The best bet is to have a deep swimming pool (unoccupied) to land in. An old style firemen's trampoline would also work.

Use a parachute (open it quickly) -- or have some sort of hang glider to slow your decent.

The alternative is to have a lot of cushion at the ground (e.g. air bag)

If you have something that will reduce your velocity
-awnings or canopies
If you land on something soft
-bushes or cushions
If you land correctly
-not on your back or head but propely on your feet
