its a small battery like a watch battery ,you,ll find those in the electronics department of most stores like wal-mart or k-mart,also radio shack has plenty of them,good luck.

That is a common voltage. Do you have some other numbers to go with it? It can be a photo battery, watch battery, any of the regular battery sizes. D, C,AA,AAA.
Can't help you without more info. The next time ask someone at the battery counter and bring the old one with you.

Are you looking for a special battery? Because AA battery is 1.5V, and you can find in any store like wal-mart. Just ask one of the store associates for double A battery.

Carbon - zinc dry cells are all nominally 1.5 volts no matter what the size. So are alkaline cells. The rated voltage is usually printed on them.
