iitjee is the entance exam for iit's in india. aieee is entrance exam for engineering colleges of india. pet is entrance exam for particular state. For example rpet is rajasthan pre engineering test. Clearing the entance exam one has to get admission and study for four years in that particular college.After graduation the person can enter the industry. The level of education at iit's is highest. Our most graduates from iit's go out and do not serve india.This is the biggest tragedy. Most Graduates of other colleges remain in india.

IITJEE is entrance exam for selection to IITs in India. AIEEE is the entrance exam for the Central Engineering Colleges of India. The states are having different examinations for enrolment in engineering just like EAMSET in A.P.
