Whatever that fuse controls is shorting out--something is touching metal or a unit is bad--find what it controls and check it out--and the wires too, that go to it.

You have the circuit isolated, now you have to trace it out and find what all it controls. There has to be a short somewhere in the line since it is blowing fuses. Get a wiring diagram, I think you can find them on autozone.com if you search around. good luck with the problem.

if I'm not mistaken that may be the fuel pump fuse for it ,you may have a pump gone bad,and if so it will blow the fuse all the time, its trying to protect the wiring from getting too hot,i may be wrong on what the fuse is,but if you have the owners manual check it and see,it will tell you for sure, good luck on it.

The information you gave didn't tell me which circuit was involved. However, if every time you try to start the vehicle a fuse blows up, you may want to check your ignition switch...Have you checked the starter?
Good luck!

It is because of the battery, and Ford makes horrible quality.
