As soon as you or your partner realize that a condom has broke stop to replace the condom. Condoms don't break because they are "cheap," there really are no such things as bad condoms--they all go through rigourous testing for safety and quality. Typically condoms break because people use them incorrectly or because even with perfect use they are no 100%, they are afterall a man-made product. It wouldn't be a bad idea to go over th insert in the box of condoms and/or view online resources that review proper condom use so that you and your partner can be confident that you are using them correctly.
When used correctly and consistently condoms are highly effective for contraception and safer sex. Always use lubricated latex condoms. Add additional lubrication during sex if needed. Put them on after your partner is erect, never before. Always hold the tip of condom then roll down, condom tip should not have any air in it. Use a new condom each and every time you have sex. When you are finished having sex have your partner hold onto the rim of the condom when he pulls out to ensure that it won't fall off inside of you--that would also be unprotected sex just like your broken condom.
If you are not trying to get pregnant, which I assume since you are using condoms that you are not, I would strongly encourage you to obtain Plan B, also know as the moring after pill. It can be taken up to 5 DAYS after unprotected sex, the sooner the better. If you are 18 and above you can purchase it w/o a Rx at a pharmacy, it is kept behind the pharmacy counter. Or, you could go to a Planned Parenthood or contact your family doctor. Plan B is not a method of abortion, it is a method of contraception. In a nutshell, sperm live in your reproductive tract for on average 5 days and Plan B works primarily by postponing you from ovulating, or releasing an egg, so that those sperm do not have an egg to fertilize. It does not matter whether or not your partner ejaculated or "finished," it is still unprotected sex either way. There is sperm in pre-ejaculatory fluids. If you don't want to get pregnant--get Plan B!!! Don't take any chances.
If this situation has been unsettling for you, you can always think about hormonal birth control methods in addition to condoms.
Lastly, if you are concerned and want screening for STD's wait atleast 14 days from the day that you are concerned about for accurate testing.

well that all depends. say if the condom breaks and he doesn't know it and he cums inside you. DON'T FREAK OUT, lol, the same thing happened to me and i freaked, it is the worst possible thing you could do. relax, and try to find the nearest Pharmacy. look for something called the morning after pill, or Plan B. it usually runs about $50 or so. take it like the directions say. and you should be fine. But say if the condom breaks and he DOES notice it, still to be on the safe side buy the Plan B pill....because the guy doesn't have to *** in order for you to get pregnant, pre-*** can too. Just don't freak out it makes things much more stressful and no one likes stress. Good luck!

Stop, call the doctor as soon as you can, and get the morning after pill. You should really consider going on another form of birth control (patch, pills, Depo, etc.) to be doubly secure against getting pregnant with a child you can't take care of in the future.

Emergency contraception. Go to your doctor or planned parenting within 72 hours (the sooner the better) and get the morning after pill or "Plan B". It's a very powerful birth control pill that will prevent conception and/or implantation.

well it depends if the male has finished or not if he has you will need to go get the the morning after pill from the chemist (about $30) unless you wanna be a mummy. BUT if he didn't ejaculate yet just put a new one on and make sure you use plenty of lube this would be why it broke in the first place.

One night stand : stop sex, get up immediatelly (eventhough it might be to late to prevent std), and take 72 / mini pills.
(Other : slap & punch them for put you in the risk by buying cheap condom).
Husband & constant (& std clean) partner : continue & take 72 pill after both of you get orgasm.

Basically if you didn't have your period all you really can do is wait for your period and if its late then get a pregnancy test. Its basically the only way to know...But also go to the docters to let them test you for STDs!
