Wow, if she won't go I will ! Flying is no big deal.. I would help her pack her bags and just "Get over it", while the plane is loading just concentrate on what a great time you'll both be having once the plane lands..Give her some gum to chew so her ears don't pop and have her listen to some music or give her a sedative. Though, you can't make her fly, so it might be a good idea to have a back-up plan/friend that can/will fly to have fun with, which would be too bad for bff. good luck

Tell her to get over it. I'll bet she can't give you a single rational reason she's afraid to fly -- not ONE. If it's because she's afraid of the plane crashing, she's more likely to get hit by a bus. Tell her to look in ANY newspaper ANY day of the week and count the number of car accidents listed. Then tell her to find a plane crash -- not including SMALL, private planes. Every single day, THOUSANDS of airliners take off and land without a single incident. Flying is MUCH safer than driving when it comes to long distances.

Give her a passionate kiss, then, when you have stolen her heart, slip her some Zanex. Put her on a plane, and have a the time of your lives together at your weekend getaway.
