try the USENET(newsgroups) also called google groups and look for the woodworking group(alt.binaries.rec.woodworking) also look locally for saw mills that might want it. It matters on the sub species of oak as to its worth.

Is it already down? Was it diseased? You will likely need a logger to remove it and if your yard is not easy to access they may not want it. If diseased, the wood may not be of value.
Call any local specialty lumber stores in your area and ask for the names of local loggers (they likely buy wood from them), also contact your city or county forester for names. Contact the loggers and ask for a quote. Try to get three quotes.
Do it soon if the tree is already down, the wood may be starting to rot and will soon be suitable for firewood, not lumber.

Sell it to the nearest lumbermill or local carpenter. Anyone who knows how to craft it into furniture would be ecstatic to buy such a find if it's workable.
