Umm... for a child or adult? For adult all the women now adays seem to just slut it up. Giggity.
I'm a guy though. A couple years ago I was a chronic masturbater for halloween, and at a frat party I just waled around with an inflatable woman all night with some vaseline. You could do that too though.
