Sadly most of my day. I have a home business and the rest of the time it's taking care of the family/house so unless I'm hanging clothes, gardening, shopping or make it a point to get out and do something, it's almost never. The kids are the ones who are active. Hubby coaches several leagues so he is gone most nights/weekends with one or both boys, and my daughter umpires so Fall/Spring we're juggling them...so it's not good for yours truly, considering I was always playing tennis, ran a baseball league at work and played 3 times a week, and weekends would ride my bike down to the lake and along the bike path and spend the whole day out pretty well. Times change, that's life...and yes, that sucks too!
I guess I could still do some of that, but honestly there is no one left to do it with...women seem to go into hibernation and I stopped trying to get the friends I used to have out there to do stuff...everyone is all talk and no action...literally.
Sometimes we'll bike ride with the kids but it's a real production to load 5 bikes into the truck, head for the bike paths and go....too dangerous to ride bikes in the city...people on the roads are maniacs. Hubby isn't into tennis so that faded. So come Sept. when school starts I will get back into my walking routine after dropping the kids off in the morning. It's quiet still, I get my walk in with my good pal Mr. MP3 tagging along, and then get intto my day....which passes in a sneeze.

Somedays I spend all day inside. It depends on what I have to do that day.

Hmmmmm........about 8 sleeping & 3 hours eating, watching, TV etc. So probably about 11-12 on average.

I say about 13 hours a day...including sleep time...

Not as many as I should......Next week changes all of that when my kids go back to School. What a bright light that will be.

Far too many! We just had our first lake effect snow flurry forecast so I need to get outside and enjoy the weather before i am 'snowed' in!....geeesh...

it depends on the weather outside? if it's going to be in 90-the100's I stay in as much as I can. If it's below zero all day and all night
