of course the can do both jobs at the same visit but each is charged. some tire companies rotate their tires for free but always charge for the alignment. the turning of the front tires wear them out faster than the rear so regular rotation will make all four of them wear out at the same time so you will then need a matched set of new tires.

Do you actually think they are going to include an alignment when you pay ten bucks for a tire rotation?
Of course they can do it all while your car is there. They won't do it for free, however.
Especially if you have a FWD car, rotations are a good idea if you want your tires to last.

Normally, if they rotate the tires they will not align the front end. If you ask them to do it, then they will. Do the rotation first, of course, and then the alignment.
Rotation is important if you want to extend the life of the tires. One axle will wear the tires more than the other one. due to different factors, mainly carrying the weight of the engine and the front braking force. good luck.

get the alignment, DONT get the rotation
Tire companies want you to rotate so that all your tires wear out at the same time. That way they can sell you 4 tires instead of 2 at a time.
in 150,000 miles you will go thru 8 tires if you rotate, when in the same mileage you will only go thru 6 if you DONT rotate.
this applies to front wheel drive cars only, you didnt say what you drive.
anyway, rear tires on FWD cars last a long long long time.

Only if you ask for both, and pay for both. Tire rotation can help your tires to last longer by making the wear more even.

rotate then align, if the problem still there it could just be the canver of the road or a faulty tyre. sounds stupid but it actually happened to me, i bought my car and it was pulling to the left. i took it back to the dealer and they did all sorts of things then it came down to the brand of tyres had a faulty batch so i had them replaced for free! good luck

if the shop you take it to does wheel alignment then they will probably do both at the same time for you but be sure they have the proper tools to do a wheel alignment

No. You will have to ask for it. It will save no work, because the two jobs can't be done on the same equipment. At least usually not.
