Is there any way to retrieve...?

On my computer I just deleted the history of things I have typed into Google and such (Saved Form Information). But I just realized I need some of it back. Is there any reasonably easy way to get it back?

You can try using recuva software, which you can download it from here: http://www.recuva.com/

sorry to tell you the history is gone there is no way to get it back
