I have the exact same thing far as the sudden shudder as you call it and my mother told me it's someone walking over your grave too. 7 years too late but they don't understand cause they are not special lol. I personally think maybe you had a near death experience where you may have died unknown to you, hence why you would have a connection to the dead some kinda of why. I read that it's a ghost near you or a ghost walking through you, either way it's weird.

Unless there is a time machine involved, it does not seem likely that you will be alive to feel a chill when anyone walks over your grave, much less a ghost.
Typically, only dead people have graves.

I have experienced the goosebumps and I can tell u I felt as if I were not alone when I was the only person home. Rely on those goosebumps and that chill because it feels different than just having cold chills.

No evidence exists for ghosts, so it's meaningless to debate what ghosts do. Kinda like debating what flying unicorns are doing in Jupiter - meaningless, if not ridiculous.
Whoever told you a ghost causes goose bumps, they're gullible to the point of danger. Had they bothered asking a series of minimally intelligent questions, they'd see no evidence supporting their claims.
Ghost claims are adult equivalents of Santa Claus, and the Easter Bunny stories -what, Santa ISN'T real? I guess a part of us remains dangerously gullible, even after we've grown up.

These ghost chills are caused by an imbalance in your cell signal. these signal cause your body to believe that there is danger nearby. this triggers the fight or flight reaction. With the rush of endorphins like Adrenalin, you get the impending doom type of feeling. following th Adrenalin, Another reaction causes the body to cool down . This is why the goose bumps appear. when the hairs stand up, the body rapidly looses heat, causing the cold sensation. This mistake only takes the body seconds to fix, but the eerie sensation lasts.
