i mainly like crafts with sequins, beads, fabric etc.

Of course you are not wasting your time. It's cheaper than therapy and won't land you in jail! Having a hobby (or ten) is a sign of a well rounded life.

No, of course not. It is more enjoyable to use something that you put time and effort into, rather than just buying over at the shops. Sequins and feathers seem to add a bit of pizazz to anything you put them on. Anything you enjoy is time well spent, and I salute you for crafting.

too am a crafter and I have been at it for so long that I have been stopped by people in my favorite craft store asking for help. I was told I had " the
look" of a crafter. Keep on crafting and perhaps one day you will start selling what you make.

No you are not wasting your time. A hobby is a hobby. The only thing that is important is if you enjoy it. I like to read and some of the books that I read I could very easily watch the movie but I enjoy reading. It is the same thing. Do what you enjoy.

No, It's not a waste of time. You're being creative. It helps your mind think of the next project you'd like to make, only slightly different than the one you're on. Something like that makes you feel good, relax, and create.

ANYTHING you do yourself rather than contributing to the Chinese economy is GOOD !!

no you're not wastin your time cause i do alot of crafts that include beading,crocheting knitting,latch rug hooking, embroidery applique,sewing painting,etc then you can sell your items & people will know what good talent you have
