The highest I can walk in :) lol...so far looking at up to 5 for short periods.

3 - 3 1/2 inches is usually my limit that I can comfortablly walk in. normally my shoes are between 2 - 3" at most.
anything over 3 1/2" I am more apt to trip and fall, as I am quite a klutz.

depends on the outfit, usually I range from 4 to 6'.

Comfort comes first, and then I generally choose a lower heels because of my height [5'7"].

Me, not really. When you go shopping just make sure they are something you can walk in or else you will be slipping whenever you wear them.
