aww sweet heart, what are you scared of?

Go around and check that all the windows and doors are locked and then go and lay in your bed... Nothing will happen sweetie..

Even if it makes you feel better, go too sleep with a light or two on.. Then people will see there are lights on and they wont want to come anywhere near your house..Its like a deterant when people see there are lights on...

Also leave the television on in the lounge room so that there is some noise coming from the house..

Trust me sweetheart it will be ok... Dont let your mind paly tricks on you and get yourself all scared..

well first of all if your scared you should make sure your door is locked and dont turn on all the lights...at 3 am thats kind of calling attention to your house. turn on the tv or some music and chill on the couch or in bed till you fall asleep. and for the next time your parents tell you they are going out call a friend to come stay with you

Leave a little light on, like down the hall or in the bathroom or something so it's not dark then turn on a radio or TV or some music in your room, but keep it down low, just loud enough to barely hear. Something that makes you feel good would be best. The take a good book you like, go to bed and read till you fall asleep. Works for me everytime.

do your parents have a cell phone? You can call them, and hopefully you'll feel better. If you can't get a hold of them, do somthing like read a book, watch t.v., or somthing that will take your mind off things. Do somthing till u get really tired and go to sleep. that's what I do. And I take a sleeping pill, but you don't have to.

why don't you go to sleep on the couch in the living room with the lights and tv on? That way you'll know when your parents get home and don't have to go to bed in the dark. Sorry you're scared!

let's start by not letting all the wierdo's know where you live and that you home alone. Can you reach your parents by phone? Call them. If you can't, is there a trusted friend you can chat with online until they get home? Then tomorrow, sit down with your parents and tell them honestly how you got scared, and maybe you are not ready to be left home alone.

well, if you want to distract yourself from being scared, then watch tv or turn on music-- noise with make you feel less alone and scared. if you want to get to bed, then try falling asleep with headphones on, listening to music. if you have a lock on your door, then defintiely lock that! turn on as many lights as you can, too.

Turn the lights on and check all the locks and the windows, then make yourself a cup of tea and turn on the television.
Curl up on the couch with a light blanket and sleep there.
Pleasant dreams.
