I got diagnosed for having allergies this year and I am tired of taking medication and even that does not help to a full extent, Feel excessive fatigue all the time.
I am wondering is there is any alternative to taking medicines to treat allergies, Since this is just a overreaction of body...Can a good spiritual exercise such as MediTation, Yoga just to make the body more intune with your sorroundings/Nature help. Also how about taking a retreat to some natural sorroundings and getting us exposed more to the pollens, molds, weeds?
Has anyone tried this path? I would be interested to find out also I am going to explore this path on my own and see if I get any answers.

I tried this path and it has been successful, but it took years. I consulted an ayurvedic physician as to recommendations about my diet. If you have ANY food allergies at all, no matter how mild (highly allergenic foods are wheat/gluten, dairy, soy), they will aggravate your seasonal allergies. I didn't find out about my food allergies until I started eliminating stuff. I was such a wheat addict, but that can happen when you're allergic. Now that I'm off wheat, almost nothing makes me sneeze anymore.

Vitamin C taken with orange or grapefruit juice can help take the edge off a hayfever attack if you're in the middle of it. Regular vitamin C helps, too. And yes, meditation and yoga are helpful too. And I love camping, wouldn't give that up for anything.

There are several options for allergy alternative treatment. You can try acupuncture, ayurvedic remedies, TCM or homeopathy to name a few.

Here is an article on homeopathy that can be of help

Ganoderma will solve your problem as it has more than 200 active elements that works in synergy to keep your body healthy, including an element TRITERPENOIDS that gives ganoderma an adaptogenic quality (working on every cell of the human body), providing the person with protection from a wide range of biological, environmental and social stresses. It also helps prevent the release of histamines that causes allergic reactions like itchiness, redness, swelling, heat and pain. A lot of people used ganoderma and their allergies gone... forever. Unlike the "anti-allergic drugs" that provide only a "temporary" relief and does not correct the real cause of allergy (that's what you are experiencing now), ganoderma corrects that imbalance from the very root cause of the problem so your allergy don't have to recur the next time you are in contact with the allergen.

NEAT is a way to clear allergies, you can check it on the internet. I have a friend who is a practioner and I've sent people to her with great results.
Yoga and meditation, I can attest, will make you more aware of your body's reactions to surroundings, food, etc.
And you may wish to address your diet, eliminating foods that cause autoimmune responses. A lot of people say various foods like wheat / gluten, etc. cause inflamation in the body which in turn will trigger more chronic disease, you can do a web search on "imflamation" "food". That could go a long way with the fatigue symptoms.
Good luck to you!

I have tried bayberry capsules and yes, they did work. However, I needed to take eleven per day for them to work and I cannot afford them. I've also heard that stinging nettle works, but I have never tried it. Some people say that local honey helps, but I am allergic to honey. I have not tried rotating food, but I have kept a food diary for over a month in order to discover the foods that I am intolerant to.

If you want to learn about the subject without having to sort through a lot of anonymous answers by strangers, about whom you know nothing, including whether they know anything, there's a way to learn.

The reading list below can act as a source for you. Most of the titles can be found in your local library.

I was introduced to BRT about a year ago. Ihave been recently thinking about getting some training so I could combine the BRT with the EFT to take care of some of the energy toxin problems (ie. substance sensitivities)

You can check out BRT at this website...

It makes perfect sense to me.
