Sometimes life can get so busy, it feels nice to turn off the TV, phone, computer etc and just be alone and quiet. I love my times of solitude and use them to relax, read and recharge my batteries in peace. It's nice to then turn on my phone or computer and discover messages from people who love me. Not speaking is a good thing sometimes. The world can be full of people talking rubbish for no other reason than that they are too scared to be quiet and need to fill the void with meaningless words.
