He has already stated on some news programs that he will "monitor" the Imus situation if, and only if, he settles a lawauit with the lady that is suing him.

actually, i think Al Sharpton has said that he didn't mind Imus returning to radio. hopefully Imus learned a valuable lesson though. [even though I'm sure he hasn't]
