i mean he always has to be equal with me or....like when he gets in trouble he tries to bring up the past to get me in trouble but my moms on my side she understands...but i dont no what to do like how to live with him hes so ennoying..! i mean hes 15 but acts 4-5 years old like he put on these grows and baby faces that u couldnt even imagine(he kissed me on the shoulder once!) hes so gross...so how or what should i do to handle him???? HELP!!!!! :(

Try to be patient with him, He is at that age.
He is between a child and an young Adult.
He is trying to learn his way in the world......
He is making some bad choices with his behavior, but it is up to your mom to teach him that he is being annoying.
Hang in there, brothers can be a pain in the butt.

You may not want to hear this answer but I have to be completely honest with you...he is being a brother!!! MOST teenage brothers act that way! He is immature and silly but he WILL grow out of it! Only YOU know him well enough to handle him. My only advice to you regarding the twisting things around thing is to make a CONSCIOUS EFFORT to remember every detail that happened in the situation. This way, you can play it back and he won't be able to get away with it if you have all your facts!

He just wants attention. Try embarassing him. Sometimes you gotta play their own game to get them to stop.
