Yes, a good male friend of mine, whom I never expected this of, said to me the other day about the girl he is dating, " I am being mean to her so she'll break up with me". So he didn't have to have "the conversation" with her.
and this guy is 36!
Really turned me off and he's one of my good friends too....

One of the partners in our law firm. She's like the decision-maker and usually what she says goes. She's good people, a little uppity sometimes (or so it seems). Anyway, we had an open house after we bought our current office. She got really drunk and was making out with her boyfriend in front of everybody. I don't mean just a peck on the cheek, they were going at it. Ever since that day, I don't take her so serious and I think she knows it. She lost a little bit of the respect that I had for her.

yes i got a great example. this one guy used to come up to me a couple times and strike up conversations. i didn't know him for that long before the incident. i thought he was a nice guy. then one day he stopped at the end of the aisle that i was working in and lifted up his shirt and stuck his chest out and gave this freaky *** childish awkward smile and i couldn't help but think what the hell is this dude's problem. so after that i thought he was really weird after that and he made me feel uncomfortable. i can understand being friends with somebody and just goofing off and doing something stupid like that but i barely knew the dude. and the way he looked at me my lord it was freaky lol. anyhoot yea it was weird
