because there are so many of them and our apt. is not THAT big.

There wil be the 2 of us and 5 other adults and 3 kids (2 toddlers). Help me come up with a menu that will knock their socks off. I'm already a great cook but cannot imagine what to make for so many ppl.

Thanks --this will be Friday.

They usually like to eat a lot too. :) More when we are all together than when in smaller groups.

I'm up for making any food but to be honest my in-laws REALLY REALLY prefer all things Moroccan. :)

Make up the braewats. In Fez they serve them similar to serving bastilla. Make up loads and fill a large plate as the first course.
A few roasted chickens with a nice sauce (little cinnamon, mushrooms yummm).
Olives on the side.
Fruit
Tea and cookies

I like to make Paella when I have many guests. I usually make a really big salad and then the Paella. I make it very rich with a lot of seafood so there is no need for anything else. For desert fruits. Then after I usually have cake or pastries with tea.
I don't know how old the toddlers are, they may not eat seafood, in which case I probably would make some pasta or nuggets for them.

Aren't you lucky that they never all come together; however, here is your big chance to make an impression.

Serve them Mazeltov cocktails. It will help thin out the crowd too.
