My house is 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 2 LA's nice brick home located in a very good neighborhood and it cost $70,000

But if you want a house in a prestigious neighborhood then it might set you back around $100,000 or more

Really it all depends on what part of the city you live in you can find some really nice cheap houses but they're in a loud or chaotic neighborhood

North Texas (806)

Here in Hawaii, for a new house you are looking over one million, and for a fixer upper, around 650,000, and up.
