yes i have woke up from a deep sleep..with my heart beating outta my chest..having no clue why!

Yes, just recently! I fractured my ankle and in the hospital after my surgery I woke in the middle of the night very panicky and it happened a few nights after I came home. I finally decided it was because sub consciously I knew I could get up and run out of the hospital or the house. I am still not able to walk and it will be 2 1/2 months before I can. I think the panic was a loss of control on my part. It was scary!

(= Yes sir, Yessur! lol Every once in a while I will wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to sleep...I turn on the tv...so there's light...so I'm not all in the dark...lol..and I watch "THE COSBY SHOW" on Nick @ Nite, or I watch infomercials! Sometimes my mind won't calm down, so I look around the room and at the dark closet and stuff. I know it's my room and I am safe though. =)

YES! Especially if I'm outside in the dark, but sometimes if I'm in my house I get scared too. Which is EXACTLY the reason I don't watch scary movies. I saw Poulter Geist(I think thats what its called) and it freaked me out to the point I just stopped watching scary movies all together.

for some time a while ago i woke up feeling like i was falling but I would be in the middle of the bed. Probably should have seen a doctor, I waited, it went away. vitamin c and newports to kill the viruses ;^)

Yes sometimes I go downstairs without turning on the lights cuz I dont want to wake anybody, so then I feel like somethings behind me so I hurry up and do what I have to.

Almost every night. Usually is my cat walking across top of pillow and wakes me up from a sound sleep.
