Find the other job before you quit. Not enough money is better than no money at all. Then write a resignation letter and give two weeks' notice.

Most places will understand that you will need to give two weeks' notice before starting another job.

In the resignation letter, you don't need to convince anyone of anything. Just state that you appreciate the opportunity you were given, but that you found a better opportunity elsewhere.

This is better than no job. And you never know you just started yesterday. Do you have any experience. Look for a better job but, I wouldn't quit till you find one. And You might want to keep in mind that you could get more money but is the cost of living higher there. Travel time? Rent? Sometimes more money looks good until you see how much your paying out. Take this as your opportunity to find the job you want while gaining experience who knows what could happen

There's no reason to make excuses, just tell them that you quit. Give them a written letter that you are resigning. But you knew when you took the job what it paid - why did you take it?

Suggestion - look around for a new job before you quit the one you have, unless the job market is so good in your area that you are very sure you can find one that pays better.

i think you forgot that you work for them and you really don't owe them anything -- like an excuse to quit. you can quit for no reason at all. sometimes if you quit because of low wages and the managers like you and have an opportunity to raise you pay they will. this isn't something they frequently do in entry level jobs though.

a new job isn't going to go on your permanent record -- as long as you don't want a recommendation from them you can leave as quickly and as quietly as possible.

as a matter of politeness it is recommend you submit a letter of resignation 2 weeks prior to your last day at a job though.

first - is it important to you to have a job first? if so...do not quit this one until you have another.

second - in regards to quitting...just ask to speak to your boss behind closed doors and explain to him that this job is not for you and you made a mistake, and that you are resigning. you are sorry for the inconveninece.

if he wants to ask you more, why, is it money, is it people, is it.....? just kindly say "no..i simply have decided that i made a mistake and this job is not for me".

you do not need to do a letter, as you have not been there long enough...

good luck with your future ♥

Sh_t on your boss's desk, run with scissors and do it naked. You could then see how to either quit before they fire you, they fire you before you quit.
