I highly doubt that that is possible. Washing your habds, even with only water should work. Sperm does not survive very long outside of the human body.
And her underwear was on, I don't think anything should have happened.

I would say this if very unlikely. I guess if you had just ejaculated around her pubic area, and then pushed some of the sperm up into her with your fingers it could happen.
But just rubbing a girl with your fingers is not going to cause pregnancy. It can cause her to orgasm but that it a different animal.
