The thing is that I am A VERY FUNNY PERSON. Seriously, I can make myself laugh so hard I practically pee my superhero costume (don't tell Robin he is not alone).
So I was telling my friend something really funny and she laughed so hard she shot boogies out of her nose! Then she said it was MY FAULT! Shouldn't she be responsible for her own boogies and not me?

I would say that since you make her laugh so hard she shoots boogers out her nose and she makes you laugh so hard that you pee your pants that you should both just take the blame for your own results. Since she suggested you wear poise maybe you should suggest she stick cotton balls up her nose. Oops not really a great idea cuz she might laugh so hard she shoots the cotton balls with the boogers attached out her nose and they might hit someone and do permanent damage.

Ah, crap...that's funny. When I was a kid, like 16, I was filling out a job application at a movie theater and I coughed or something and a crusty booger shot out of my nose and landed on the application. Apparently, this doesn't make for a very good first impression...I didn't get the gig.

lol that was good for a laugh all on its own I guess that is why the old people carry hankies around that we all make fun of AstugfarAllah Azeem!

but all that other stuff, well tell her to clean it out 5x a day it helps! Lol you have to remove it from your soul first, then your body and mind and heart seals can break off, and then the seeds can go in.

I have to agree with your friend. I think it is your fault. Maybe you should clean her face for her too. And wash her shirt, it's probably dirty now.
Edit: I think you need some Poise, and buy Robin a diaper.
